Cancellation Deadlines
In writing no later than the 1st of the month prior to publication. In the event of material not being supplied in time for publication, the publisher reserves the right to compose or enter previous copy and charge for any production costs incurred.

General Conditions
All advertising is subject to the approval of the publisher who reserves the right to decline copy. Payment is due no later than on 20th month following publication.

Specifications
Trimmed page size is A4 (210mm wide by 297mm). Printed area 190mm by 270mm. Please allow 5mm bleed over the trimmed size. Files should be in Freehand, Illustrator or Photoshop format. All typefaces should be supplied or converted to paths. PDFs should have no compression. Files may be sent on zip disk, CD ROM or via email. Full colour artwork must be supplied with proofs.
