Circulation/readership profile
Circulated monthly to around 1,000 members of the New Zealand Association of Occupational Therapists (Inc), and related organisations and stakeholders. Members represent every practise area - DHB based services; private practice; non-government organisations and rehabiliation services; tertiary education providers; education settings; community and voluntary organisations and many more.

Frequency
Published eleven times a year on or around the 20th of each month, except January.

Editorial
OT Insight is committed to publishing association news and articles and information which will assist members in their professional development.

2008 Advertising deadlines
Booking space for 2008 issues: 1 February, 3 March, 1 April, 1 May, 3 June, 4 July, 1 August, 1 September, 1 October, 3 November, 1 December.
Supply of material for 2008 issues: 7 February, 6 March, 4 April, 6 May, 6 June, 4 July, 6 August, 4 September, 6 October, 6 November, 4 December.

General conditions
All advertising is subject to the approval of the publisher who reserves the right to decline copy. Payment is due 7 days following invoice date.

Cancellation
Cancellations must be given in writing to the publisher no later than five weeks prior to publication date.

Mechanical details
We prefer email attachments. Material may be supplied, ideally as full resolution, PDF, TIF or EPS files. Email as an attachment, or courier on CD.

All computer program applications are accepted. Please ensure all fonts used are embedded, supplied as a separate file or converted to paths.

Save files as grey scale for single colour advertisements.

When a spot colur advertisement is requested, make black and green pms 354.

Images should be saved at 300 dpi; line art saved at 600 dpi.

A hard copy must be supplied for reference.

All material for mock-up advertisemnts must be received before the deadline and be of suitable quality.

All production costs are extra and are not included in the advertising costs.
